Transitioning back into the community is difficult. The Gate House treatment program helps clients through a three-phase program.
Robin Skiles, MHS, LPC, CACD, CCS – Executive Director
Fern B. Wilcox MHS, CAC – Clinical Supervisor – Fern is a Certified Addiction Counselor with over twenty years experience as an individual, family, and group counselor. During that time, she has worked with men and women in various treatment venues such as detox, rehab, and outpatient and halfway house levels of care. She specializes in working with clients who have co-occurring disorders.
Kelly Gearty, MSW– Counselor – Since completing her internship at the Gate House for Men, Kelly had desired to be a member of our treatment team. Kelly has been with The Gate House for Men since 2009. She has worked in the field of addiction for four years. She received her undergraduate education at Kutztown University in Social Work. Kelly has her Masters degree in Social Work at Millersville University. Currently, she is a primary counselor and enjoys working with young adults.
Brian Grigg, - Counselor Assistant – Brian joined the Gate House staff in November of 2008. He was quickly promoted from resident manager to counselor assistant. After completing the Gate House program in 1994, Brian had a strong desire to give back. He has worked with men and adolescences in the field of addiction for the past 11 years. Brian is currently working toward his associate’s degree in Human Services at Harrisburg Area Community College.
Juan Carrion- Counselor - Assistant – Juan decided to enter the field of addiction after his own recovery process. He is also an alumni of the Gate House for Men. He is currently pursuing his associate’s degree in Human Services at Harrisburg Area Community College.
Rebecca Hahn, BS, CAC – Clinical Supervisor – Rebecca is a Certified Addiction Counselor and has been with The Gate House for Women since 2003. She received her undergraduate education at Drexel University in Behavioral Health Counseling, and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at Millersville University. In addition to supervising the clinical team and student interns, Rebecca works directly with clients to provide counseling services.
Kristi L. Enochs, BS- Counselor – Kristi has been a Counselor at The Gate House for Women since winter of 2009. Kristi has a Bachelor’s of Science in Behavioral and Addictions Counseling from Drexel University. Kristi is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work Degree at Temple University. Kristi has worked with children and adolescent consumers in the past; however has a passion for helping addicted adults through their recovery process. Kristi currently provides assessments, individual, and group counseling.
Alison Accardi, B.A- Counselor – Alison has been with The Gate House for Women since 2008. She has a Bachelor’s of Art in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from Millersville University. Alison is pursuing her Master’s degree in Criminal Justice at West Chester University. Currently she provides assessments, individual, and group counseling.
Lauri Renick, Counselor Assistant – Lauri has been at The Gate House for Women since 2008. In addition to being alumni, she has held positions as a part-time resident manager, program secretary, and most recently was promoted to counselor assistant. Lauri is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Psychology at Albright College and provides assessments, individual, and group counseling.
